If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your product, simply return it within 60 days for a prompt and courteous exchange, or refund of the original purchase price (minus delivery charges).
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% pleased with the product you purchase from Final Touch Gifts. It is our intention to supply you with the jewelry or accessory that you truly want at the value you expect. It is for this reason that we offer you an unconditional 60 day money back guarantee. There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders. On the original invoice or gift receipt please indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or credit original method of payment. Please return all merchandise in its original condition. We suggest that you insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price before shipping. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
